I thought deflection % meant attacks were either deflected or not. In the TSO brawler tier, Aversion says increases Minimum deflection amount. Can someone plz explains this?

Thank u very much.

Minimum deflection amount is the portion of our deflection skill that is "uncontested," meaning that your chance to deflect is not reduced by the MoB's to-hit bonuses, but only by it's level. We only get uncontested deflection as part of our middle and defensive stances, and you can see the number as part of those stance descriptions. This number is apples to apples with plate tanks' block ability.

Is that AA worth getting if you spend more time soloing than raiding? Are there really that many mobs with to-hit bonuses?

No. In fact, I was in a hurry before or I would have added: This really only comes into play on raid MoBs or the top end instanced content.
