With the TSO new AA and being level 80 what is the best AA for general DPS in a group or raid situation now days? I'm newly 80 with around 120AA and been playing around and trying to research.

I've been thinking of shifting a lot of points into the TSO AA trees as they give some new attacks and abilities that look pretty good. Anyone have any good builds now days? What are the tradeoffs?

In all honesty it is realy hard to get anything usefull from the Shadow Line untill you have atleast 140 AA due to the restrictions of points needed, and with the fall of GU-51 upon us the traditional AA spec for Rogues is more then likely going to chance. As it stands the General Spec is

STR- 4-6-4-8-2 AGI- 4-6-4-8-2 STA 4-4-8 INT 4-1 ( This is just general STR AGI and INT are a basis though..)

Potency Reach and Style are the other lines in the EoF Tree.

But given GU51 and the removal of our hate transfer, I am also certain everyone will end up changing over to

STR 4-6-4-8-2 AGI 4-6-4-8-2 INT 4-8-4-6/4-6-4-8 with EoF staying the same.

As far as the shadow lines go, I went with Offensive Skills Increase, Enhance Quickstrike and the Deagro from Line 1. Line 2 was the increase to Rogue Flurry Line, Circular Strike, Potency and Thieving Essence. Line 3 was T-Swipe, Swathe, On Guard, Kidney Stab, and the Increase to CA's with 30 sec or longer recast and also the new AoE Damage/Debuff.

Is the agility tree worth it? Other then walk the plank I'm not seeing it as compelling. Also there have been some discussions about the wisdom tree, is this not worth it for lvl 80? And I'm also kinda unsure about the sta line because everything requires a shield... So for sta and wis I have to either use a shield which pushes me to 4-x-x-8 to make up for the lost damage. OR for wisdom I have to drop anything in my second hand which seems like a big hit in terms of weapon stats and abilities... Int seems kinda useless as I rarely get agro with a good tank.

Other then str and then Agi 4-1, int 4-1 I'm just having problems seeing the benefits in the other abilities...

Yes Agility tree is very worth it.

You get Pirate Stab(Avast ye) from it which procs some nice damage when attacking from behind(Useless in soloing, irreplaceable in groups and raids). Pirate Stab comes third of fourth on my parse list for amount of dps provided. Somewhere in the area of about 200-300 dps.You get Sailwind which reduces casting time and reuse of all of your combat arts by a significant amount.

And no you don't need a shield for the 448 stamina spec which increases your health(survivability) by quite a bit.

And to add to Kanolth above, the INT line abilite Bootdagger is a great spell in that it gives you an attack that allows Stealth when its cast. Being that it throws you into stealth it allows you to macro in Stealthy Charge since both are back attacks.
