Peaceful Link on Test Server

<p>Right now on Test peaceful link has a hate increaser and decreaser as well as a small dmg proc on Melee attacks.  Since this spell is for Coercers who really can be useful in any group...scout..mage.. ect, perhaps it can be amended to any spell attack. </p><p>Im hoping for the consideration of this spell being on any successful attack rather than just melee right now.  I am thinking about this spell in terms of a raid setting or group with more than just the coercer as the mage.  Because as a coercer I usually cast Peaceful Link on the hard hitting scouts and mages but now this spell isnt the same type so putting it on mages really doesnt help (the way it is on test) anymore because they are not gonna be melee'ing the mob.  So if this spell has a chance to deaggro them on a successful spell attack I think that would be most useful.</p>

<p>It looks like they're pushing towards us (coercers) providing the hate debuff proc on melee attacks to match up with illusionists providing the spell attacks hate debuff from tandem. One side effect we're going to see is that peaceful link will now enjoy the demand that tandem has, that is to say, we're already starved for concentration slots and we're going to have even higher demand for using them. In a hypothetical party of tank, melee priest, 3 scouts, me melee spec'd and charming a pet I could spend: 7 impetus 7 peaceful link 3 charm 1 int buff 1 pow/resist buff 19 potential concentration slots that could be effectively used just within my own group (if built a certain way), much less cross group in raids. Once LU51 goes live I'll be very jealous of the illusionists who at least get to enjoy rapidity being a group buff with their mythicals.</p>

<p>peaceull link is fine as it is, the issue is with the group haste / dps buff.</p><p>Group haste on an illu for one conc slot thanks to the epic  is in the domain of overpowerdness,</p><p>and the solution stays the same, either allow coercers to do the same or nerf illus.</p><p>The other question being, when will troubs be buffed or other support classes nerfed in order</p><p>for the troubadour class to not be by far the worst support class.</p>

<p>I would agree that a group wide Impetus would really be a nice answer to the ILLY spell.</p>
