Epic starter broken?

<p>Hey yall</p><p>I just betrayed my sk to make a paladin, and im trying to start the epic for him.  I know where the starter is (militia house basement), but i cant seem to talk to him through the jail cell or open the jail door at all.  Is there a trick to this, is it broken, or am I just too dumb to figure out how to open a door? haha</p><p>any feedback would be great.</p>

<p>think i figured it out, if youve done the quest to get to the froglok lost village of korup, you're unable to open the door.</p>
