More Tinkering with Tailoring - level limit or not existing?

<p>I completed the second in this seemingly <a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/More_Tinkering_with_Tailoring" target="_blank">3-part series</a> from a gnome in Lavastorm in the Temple of Solusek Ro.</p><p>At 77 he just stopped giving me a quest after completing Tinkering with Tailoring (no idea why "tailoring" is in the titles).</p><p>I hailed him after giving him the piece from Firelord Kaern in the Deep Forge. He seemed to go through the same dialogue he had the time I came to him for the second part, asking me to get the piece from Kaern.</p><p>Anyone know what is up with the third part he is not giving me?</p>

<p><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">After that you get a quest to kill the Maggy in Hollow Tower, it is probably level restricted.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The reward is very nice but it is a level 80 item.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If you read the dialog you will see why tailoring is in the quest name, the crazy gnome is trying to tailor together metal and fabric.</span></p>
