wicked wand of malice

<p>Noticed something today, the wand of malice indicates that when you activate it, your cast speed goes up by 10%.  Then why doesmy cast speed under spell bonuses on my persona window, not change?  Also, my 6 piece vp set bonus says it improves everybody in the groups cast speed by 15%.  Why is this not reflected under spell bonuses also?</p><p>The only reason I know the buff is doing what it says its doing, is because my dps does drop when i get rid of that set bonus, by swapping out gear.</p><p>It would greatly be appreciated if we could actually see this.  I know it would help me.</p>

If only hostile spell cast (as for wand) get boosted you can not see it from persona window stats, but it still work and you can see it from spells casting time.</p>

<p>ah, but then my vp set piece bonus should be reflected also, right?  it says its a boost to group ca's and spells.  This includes beneficial as well as hostile.  So it should be reflected here also.</p><p>Either way, maybe it would be good to have two speed bonus entries.  I just know that it would be helpful to have this information.  Something that reflected buffs and such.  I figure if I would find it helpful, then others would also.</p>

<p>hmm, well its always procced hate, and since i'm a coercer, I'm not as worried about that.  Actually for me, it would be bad if it didn't proc hate.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
