Yup, definitely something is wrong here. I hope its an oversight and they will add parry to the paladin defensive stance.

Just wondering if any of you /bug'd this ON the test server? There are a lot of procs and things that seem wrong with multiple classes, so it could be a simple bug/oversight and not intended.

But I'm sorry, when SOE does stuff like this, it does look like they have it out for us.

Not to mention we are now the only plate tank with no proc hate on being hit on our defensive stance. Why as the second most defensive tank is our stance the weakest. I can almost understand reworking the aggro but to give us nothing whilst boosting every other tank is crazy.

Pally have "on successful melee attack" proc for 2K hate on defensive stance.

Brawlers try not to get hit

we have no passive hate and is the bigegst loss of amends; seeing SKs gain parry on thewir def stance something PALADINS have been askign for for ages (there are perhaps 10x as many postrs requesting parry or block on def stsance on pally forums as there are on SK... maybe more. its just rubbing salt into a very old wound.

I thought we were supposed to have better survivability then SK and Zerks? How about uninterruptable heals/taunts thru stun/stiffle etc.

Well scratch one issue off our list, now for passive hate generation....

But seriously, the lack of information regarding test changes is troubling. I've always been bothered by stealth changes. I understand there is a need to streamline updates and make it so changelogs don't run a mile long. But at the same time I firmly believe there should be a resource for those that wish to see every change. Quite literally I would love to see a list of every single item , stat, and spell mechanic change in every patch.

I can't count the number of times somebody goes "oh wow look at that item, that was changed". No where in the test patch notes do we see any mention of our def. stance being corrected. So the ball is in your court SoE, any chance we'll ever start getting a comprehensive changelog for test or live servers?

But the chances of that are probably the same as getting a snowcone in Hell.
