Error: "this account has been suspended"

<p>its start yesturday and still today . what is going on? I try to call soe service it hung up by itself and use live chat still no  luck. what happen is the server down??</p><p>thank dark</p>

<p>Generally that message means that your account has been suspended for some reason.  Sadly, I can not assist you with this issue over the forums and you'll need to contact phone support.  You can reach us at 858-537-0898. Phone support hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.  I know you said that you already called but it looks like you contacted us before we opened.  You will probably want to call at this point to discuss your account status.</p>
