View Full Version : Question About the Rules for Spending TSO AA Points

Does anyone know what the rules are regarding how AA can be spent on the various new TSO AA trees?

Here’s why I ask: I play a raid templar. Pre-TSO the most recent Templar AA page was pretty lame. Aside from some nice Blessing AA’s the rest wasn’t of much use. The Smites and Compliances weren’t much use when raiding, and the Cure line AA’s were weak.

So when TSO came out I immediately respected the Templar AA page to move a bunch of my points from the Templar AA page to the much more useful TSO AA page. I’ve opened up the first few tiers, but can’t seem to get that last “Templar” tier to open up.

I’ve spent the requisite 10 points in the Cleric level, and also bought the end line item Sacrifice, but can’t seem to get that last Templar tier to open up. Also when I earn new AA’s I’m unable to spend them in that last tier.

Not knowing what the problem is, I’ve made the assumption that there might be some requirement to have a specific number of AA’s spent in the Templar AA page before that last Templar tier opens up on the TSO page, and so have been putting any new points I earn into the old AA page, but I really hate to be doing so given that most of those AA abilities suck.

So back to my question, I’m wondering if in addition to the “10 points in the previous level” requirement for each tier in the TSO page, there might be some other restrictions that I’m unaware of. Maybe I need to max the Templar AA page before that last Templar tier will open up, or maybe I need more than the stated "10 points required" in the previous level to open up that last TSO tier.

Anyways, if anyone knows what might be the problem, please let me know. Thanks!!

You need 170 AA's total spent across all of your trees (KoS, EoF and Shadow) to spend any further points into the last tree in Shadows.

There should be a red message just above the Templar Shadow line that says you need 170 AA's spent, I believe.

Just dont spend too many in the TSO tree because you can only use 60 total. Save 15 or so for the last row.

Noaani you pay attention to who he is talking about, he was talking about the OP not Baccalarium.

And yes I know he quoted you, but some people do that whenever they reply to a post. But with some better reading comprehension you probably could have seen who he was talking about.
