Looking for some suggestions for which diety best suits a barbarian mystic.

I was thinking tribunial for nostalgia but I question how useful Tribuinal is. I do love their cloak though. I see some blessings that affect combat arts. That raise the question of does my "combat AAs" count as arts? While we on that subject what stat raises combat aa's damage? Str or Int?

I also looked at Karana. Definatly some useful stuff in there. Some of it not so much. The final miracle being a rez that i get at lvl 36 just seemed to kinda "bleh" the whole diety for me.

So anyways any suggestions would be nice. Also if you could please include if you are a "raiding" mystic or casual since i'm sure different styles choose different dietys.

In my mind, there really isn't much use for *any* of the gods in terms of day to day play, regardless of playstyle. I've got Karana, but I can't recall ever using a blessing or miracle. I just don't have much use for something that I cannot incorporate into my style on an encounter to encounter basis.

That said, I've often found myself coveting that Marr cloak when solo'ing. That thing sure is nice.

If you have the CA's, you want STR. INT helps a tiny bit, on the DoT portions, but STR is king. And queen. And prince. INT is more like the court jester.

I solo, group, and raid for perspective.

Nife really bugs me with its "alien" avatar. Please remove the aliens from my high fantasy game.

It bugs me so much it pretty much disqualifies it as a choice. Yes i'm wierd but i cant help the way i feel.

Admittedly I am not 80 on my Mystic yet, but I like Karana. On more than one occassion I have used the miracle which makes you immune to control effects when I know the named is going to smack me with a stun/stiffle/daze/mezz so I can keep the tank going. There is also a 10 minute blessing which give and extra 25% heal crit chance for 10 minutes. This I usually pop before one of those named fights that I know can be a long slog.

Also the pet give you Wisdom and Intelligence. With Int being the basis of a Healers natural crit mit, thats useful imho.

To be honest I don't really concern myself with the "end" miracles. On almost every toon I have played there are ones from earlier on that are better and that I used. The only reason I ever finished the lines was for Exp, AA, faction and sometimes (but not always) the cloak, not the end line blessings and miracles. This is having had characters that finished Marr, Tribunal, Tunare, Bristlebane, Zek and now Karana.
