Are SK's much better than they were a year ago?

<p>I think I played a year or more ago and I had a Brigand and SK.  I was just wondering how SK is doing now...I know they were buffed but can they kill faster and can they mitigate more damage?  Do some scouts still have greater mitigation (which I find odd)?</p>

It was the avoidance that made the scouts have an easier time.</p><p>And damnit, read the other threads. there is like a ton of this question already posed. Answer is; <strong>The sks got better at everything.</strong></p>
