TSO armor and jewelry

<p>What is everyone buying up for their Paladin from the TSO merchants?</p><p>Will it be all about the Shield Block for most?</p><p>Is this considered better than or on par with RoK raid gear?</p><p>Did a search, didn't find a thread here on this. </p><p>Just curious. </p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>I'm buying the TSO shard gear because i don't raid, because i didn't see the little dropbox which lets you choose wat servers your on (USA, EU etc) so im stuck on the USA server. <p>I'd generally say go for the Void Knight set, and as far as a shield goes, run Crucible and try to get the Deepwater Barrier. The shard jewelry, by and large, is junk. You'll find better stuff in Kunark.</p>

<p>TSO armor sets, my experience. I did a large amount of mentored runs daily, so i have the full T2 set (voidknight), plus i have a 3 piece set of holy warrior. I personally don't even use the holy set, at all. I banked if for now. The void darknight set is not bad at all. I will say this.. I have been solo healed in all zones now except palace and atrebe's laboratory, and guk 3. I currently equip all T2 peices for tanking, plus i have the stonetower set for defense, its really nice. Is the T2 set effective? I have only had my mythical for one week. (and i suck with it) but Saturday night, we cleared first 3 named in shard of hate and sisters. We then took the first two named down in Tomb of the Mad Crusader. I am off tanking just fine with the Voiddarknight set. Tanking is just as easy. (For fun, we did voes with no healer, i tanked and healed with my epic, topped dps/heals) I swear by the voidknight set bud so good luck. Loot rights are pretty common on our server, Deepwater Barrier from the Crucible sells for roughly 50-70pp each time. (funny that the choker is about 125pp average). Alos try to do some mentored down runs to get your T2 quicker. I have 150 shards right now, for my next alt if i ever start one, or they come out with cool new stuff for shards <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p>
