What is going on with this effect? I thought i read it was going to be fixed? I just ran Veksar Sunken theatre and was running act. I have 1 piece of armor with overloaded heals on it. and I have the SET bonus from shaman gear TSO that gives it a 10 percent boost in the heal amount . We were in there 2 hours.. Overloaded heals procced a whopping THREE TIMES. For a grand total of 1/5 of 1 percent of my total heals.

Why oh why oh why is this our great effect for Shaman TSO armor. You have completely killed this effect and it STILL isn't fixed. I don't even know if its proccing off wards STILL - three procs in 2 hours definitely makes me believe it is not. Please fix this effect or get rid of it as a set bonus on Shaman TSO gear. Life right now as a defiler is bad enough as it is without this to add onto the reeking pile of defiler slights that is TSO

Life is bad as a defiler ? I beg to differ quite a lot. We can still do a lot of things other healers only dream of. Surely there are broken things. bugs and things that could be improved , but life definitely is not bad as a defiler.

Supposedly Overloaded Heal is scheduled to be "fixed" in GU51.

http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=437094

It was claimed that "the mechanism is now in place in TSO to fix this properly." When they discovered that this was not the case, they should have backed out that change.

Instead you've got OLH so broken for 2+ months that everyone's going to just transmute all that stuff and switch to something else.

Hard not to interpret this as intentional.

right now OHL seems so [Removed for Content] because it does NOT proc off wards and reactives, therefore, clerics and shamans usually see a decreased proc rate on them (in some cases almost non-existant), OHL does proc rather often though off direct heals making it useful for some classes. The fix they are implementing, supposedly, is to make it proc off wards and reactives as well.

Yes, and the Holy Water Sprinkler on the Etheral Mist Gauntlets is also broken in the same respect *cry*. So those gloves I farmed for 3 months in Shard of Hate are currently worthless.

Can any of the Shamans / Clerics playing on test give feedback as to whether or not OLH is fixed enough to make it worth using again?
