I'm afraid that with asking this question, you also have to consider the 'older than the mountains' variable of dual wield vs one-hander even though it shouldn't exist anymore. With the notion that you will prefer one in each hand since parses are usually better with duals, (2 piercing or 1 pierce/1 slash and so on.) the general aa line goes like this for a raiding swashy Str/Agi/Int

Strength 4-8-4-8-2

Agility 4-8-4-8-2

Intelligence 4-8-5 (note-this opens up Boot Dagger and at the same time maxing it out for the extra dps as well as putting the getting Thief's Prowess for deaggro in case you pull it which you shouldnt really.)

I do know some that have put some points into Stamina because they dont (well, who does?) like being one-shotted by mobs.

Moving onto the others-Style,Reach and Potency:

3 in sneak 5 in avoid 5 in finesse5 in on guard5 in insight1 in advance warning(reach)5 in ploy5 in swathe5 in velium throw5 in hurricane1 in reach(potency)5 in kidney stab5 in turgur5 in offensive debuffs5 in triple blades1 in potency(debuffs)4 in bedazzling steel

Not everyone will agree on what to put where but most of what Ive done comes from talking with others in the T8 raiding swashy class and experimenting with it, (aa mirrors are great too btw-you can store your raid aa setup and have another active for solo, et) I hope this helps you.

That's pretty spot on but I still recommend HP spec. It's nice to be able to eat just about any AE at point blank.

Seryn's is a good spec but I too have gone for the HP spec.

At the mement I've dumped the potency line as well too put those points into the shadow tree, current filling it back up again.

I max'd out STR & AGI, put 8 points into STA, & got 1 point into Boot Dagger.

I'm torn between keeping the STA buff, & putting those points into maxing out Boot Dagger ... but from my way of thinking, any points in the INT line beyond Boot Dagger are wasted. So far, 1 point of Boot Dagger is fine for me, since all I want is the re-stealth ability.

Drop potency and start filling up your shadow tree tbh.

There's VERY LITTLE to be gained from the last 21 points in your KoS tree. You could spend the points by boosting HP (smart raider), or you could spend the points by increasing your zonewide dps by .05% (stupid raider).

Update (more or less from my last post on this topic) :

I respec'd my kos/eof somewhat, changed kos tree and added some sta in there, dropped Potency and the remaining went into Shadows to max out health & power (Thanks Errol hun!) and then started down the other lines. I already know for a fact that the Sta and H/P has helped on some mob aoe's, especially being up close and personal when they went off and Voila ! Seryn lives to tell about it, lol.

Is it just me, or does it seem like most raid groups only use a swashbuckler as a "fill" spot when no one else shows. Even most raiding sites very rarely list a swashbuckler as valuable to raid, even taking 2 brigands instead of 1 brig & 1 swashbuckler in TOS raid I saw. It does seem that swashies are the last class even SOE looks at for tweaking (for the good). Maybe the the fighter HT updates will make a differance, guess we will see.

Personally, I dropped most of the style line for the debuffs line. I filled it out with roughly 3 minimum in each so that I could get the end ability which increases the resist rate against the mob's spells, only taking insight and on guard in the style tree. Most raid forces call you out for major AoE's, and most of the time you can only use advance warning once during a fight. As for KoS, I went Str 4,6,4,8,1 Agi 4,6,4,8,1 and I'm debating on either taking int 8,8,8 or going down the Sta line. Also, I'd definitely would suggest going down the ToS line as soon as you are able to, because the benefits you get from those lines are pretty sweet, especially thieving Essence and Evasive Maneuvers.
