How do you post thumbnails please please please help!

<p>When you're making your message there is a little icon of a tree in the tool bar, if you hover your mouse over it, it should say 'insert/edit image'.  All you have to do from there is copy and paste the url of the picture into the field and add a description if you want, then hit 'insert'  It even gives you a nifty preview. <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
