Question regarding the epic

<p>Hello, fellow rangers =)</p><p>I'm up to the part where I have to kill Severclaw in Chardok. My question is... do the mythical updates have to be done in order? I have checked these boards, briefly went through "that other site", and checked the Wiki, and I don't see anything giving either a yes or no answer. I'm just curious because of my guild's raid schedule this weeken. We're going to VS, but I don't have any of the other updates yet.. obviously. =P</p><p>Any help is appreciated!</p>

<p>Sigh.. bummer. Well, thanks for the info guys! Maybe I can convince them to run a raid for Widow Mistress on Saturday.. >.></p><p>Yeah.. I noticed the same thing about the epic kills. It's kinda frustrating, watching people get their mythicals with ease.. but rangers aren't the only one in the tough epic kills boat, at least. Oh well.. that's why I try to go around with blinders on, because everytime I actually stop to take a look at things, I realize how much rangers get crapped on -_-</p>

<p>Not just the mythical, even the fabled is pretty hard.Think most of the mobs for the ranger epic are orange.</p><p>Comparing ranger to dirge for example, the dirge was quite a bit easier. Heck, I think I got through most of it for the dirge in under a week. Hardest part was getting people to go to chardok. 3 pickup groups wiped in the library on me.</p>

<p>to get my fabled epic we had 2 groups to kill the names, one to heal out of combat and one to tank it all.  Not to mention the ranger mobs all have killer knockbacks, good god the wumpus knocked us to TG.  Severclaw was a b!tch too.</p><p>For the mythical, widow mistress is not that hard anymore but was the hardest of the 3 t1 mobs, VS is never gonna happen unless you are in a raiding guild (thanks Aerlick), and PD is a tough mob too.  I am on the PD update and in a guild that clear VP.  Most of the time playing the healer, but gonna go in prolly tonight and get PD.</p>

Troubys, Monks, Conjie, Rangers. Killing dragons in VP is easier than VS. What usually happens is everyone gets their mythical besides the one's who need VS. Then the guild goes back to VS with a MT group and just the poeple that need the updates and kill VS.</p>

Actual order is Widow, Venril, Khalen and then Phara (Both mobs are actually one encounter).  <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>And yes, Rangers have it the worst because we have to clear VP in order to get out Mythical. Phara Dar encounter is actually one of the easier to do actually. Getting past Druushk and Nexona in VP for the first time is probably the hardest thing to do as a guild.</p>

<p>Since LU20 SOE has hated rangers. Not much to discuss since we all know it. Why else would we get melee AA in TSO. What a waste.</p>

Discuss...</blockquote><p>It's not that we have the hardest mobs, but the longest path to our Mythical.</p><p>Like I said earlier, VP is pretty much cake once your guild can figure Druushk and Nexona.</p>
