Runic cover appears to be broken.

<p>I noticed that the Runic Cover proc on the Dreamweave legs and our Shadow forearms isn't procing. I tested this by taking off all gear, jewelry included, except the affected pieces (tested individually) and cast heals/wards non stop for 20mins...zero procs. It isn't being interrupted by another piece of gear, it's just broken. Feel free to test and /bug.</p>

<p>Seems to show on the parse for me still despite not being able to see any icons for it.  I think it's working but the maintained graphic has been removed. Was kinda spammy before, so that must be why!</p>

<p>I liked seeing the cover in my maintained personally, but as long as it's proccing I'm fine. </p>

<p>its in the spell effects bar, and looks just like the icon for our single target ward. I agree i like the ward procs in my maintained bar though.</p>
