Question about assassin epic

<p>I am currently working on my epic, so far it has been easy but I read on eq2i that the step in chelsith is bugged. It says "If you do not kill the protector of the blade before the instance expires you will not be able to get your update" ... does that mean if I can't find a group that is good enough to take him down I will have to redo the epic quest? I know I would have to redo chelsith seeing as the update is in the instance and the instance would be expired...</p><p>If any assassin who has done this could answer would be great. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>I think that it means if for whatever reason the instance expires and the protector you need is still up, it will bug that part of the epic quest. Then you'll either need to see if you can retry to repop him in another new chelsith instance or get in touch with a GM if all else fails and you can't get him to spawn or update.</p>

<p>Thank you for the reply.</p><p>I found on EQ2 flames that yes it meant that the ques is bugged and cannot be completed if you do not do it before the instance expires.
