What Weapon to Use with Epic?

<p>Finally got the Fabled verison of epic Charm's Way....  this has a 4.0 sec delay... I am currently pairing it with Anaphylaxis (in offhand) and sometimes Spellforged Skewer.... both Ana and Skewer are 4.5 seconds delay.. I know I should get another 4.0 in the offhand to match Charm's Way...  but until I can get Caroticutter, should I use Ana or Skewer in offhand?  thanks!</p>

<p>I used Anaphylaxis because of the proc, but you could just go with w/e hits harder.</p><p>Or, use the 2 4.5s until you get a decent 4.0</p>

<p>You can buy the sebilite croak dirk (sp?) on most brokers if you have some PP.  It adds a +2 melee crit and though doesn't have a proc, it increases the damage of your poisons by 10% which is a real nice touch.  Heck, might be better then the other proc but who knows.  Anyway, it has a 4sec delay.</p>

<p>Sebilite Croaking Dirk has always parsed better for me than Anaphylaxis, between the matched delay and higher damage for poison. I'll continue using it until I get a Battleaxe of Venom from SOH or Undead Jester or Bonegrinder in Cavern of the Afflicted cough up that nice rapier.</p><p>I can actually even throw down pretty good with WIS line (which I use for some tanking), which seems to be completely forgotten. Sure, it's not going to outparse a good fabled off hander, but I can top 2-2.5k ZW with it (with a defensive oriented Shadow Tree spec and mostly defenisve stance). With a more offense oriented spec and offensive stance (plus not having the mobs facing you 95% of the time like I generally do when using it), it might even be able to top a legendary offhander, but I haven't really been able to test that much. (This is not with the best of gear, mind you. Pretty much full T1 Shard armor, and various decent legendary jewelry pieces + scout tank bracelet from SoH)</p>

<p>While people have been on the subject of suggesting other 4.0 weapons, I'd like to mention the new Greemist sword HQ reward.  Its combat stats are a bit lower than a Battleaxe of Venom, but it can be achieved through heroic questing.  And I like it's mitigation stealing proc.  But then again, I'm a brigand and probably biased about mitigation debuffs.</p>

<p>The Greenmist is a great soloer's weapon to use with fabled epic, the 3crit and 1100dmg DD proc with the 800 mit tap is great for anyone who cant get a good fabled weapon.</p>
