Being charge for unknown cause!!!

<p>I have two accounts and both were charged one doller each for 4 different things, All I did was look and didnt buy anything. Can someone please explain why??? And would like to know why several folks in chat say that everyone was given 150SC ?? None of my toons got that on either accounts. I really hope I was not charged for looking cause that would really thro a bomb at me!!! I would quit right now.   And one more thing, theres not enough people on right now and it's affecting the broker, wont this make it worse???</p>

<p>Are you sure that it was actually charged?  Many businesses will put a hold on money for a few days to guarentee that it is available and working.  The hold usually drops off after a few days....</p>

<p>I'm gonna call BS on this one.. 2 posts.. First asking for Mythicals for solos and max levels 100.. Second claiming invalid charges on the credit card.</p><p>1. Are you sure the charges are from SOE? The gas pump will authorize $1 when you use your debit card just to be sure its valid.2. Were you "looking" when you entered your 3 digit security code? I made several purchases yesterday and there weren't even any authorizations.. just straight purchases.3. How come you didn't contact Customer Support first? Was there something we could do for you here on the forums? I'm happy to help solve it for you. Just shoot me your credit card number and security code.. Did you dispute the charges with your credit card company? That's usually the first step people take when unexpected charges appear.</p>

<p>  First of all, I dont have the opportunity to raid like those that can sit here all day and night and play the game, there are many people who solo thru the game, missing alot of the gameplay that others get to do. See if you can solo and get a mythical. No where does this game say on anything that it's only for group play only. As far as upping the levels, just five would be fine for me..and I also cant sit here for hours just to sift thru all the forums.</p><p>  Anyway, my bill says the charges are for soe station store and they did it again!!!, now up to 5 times being charge, yes I contacted support, NO REPLY as of yet. All I wanted to know was why they were doing it and is anyone else being charged.</p><p> Not everyone is full of BS, that wasnt nice of you! Just becaause I am having an issue and your not does not mean it's BS.</p>

<p>A $1 charge usualy means that you're trying to add that card as a payment source.  The $1 charge is a way for us to check whether or not the information on the card matches with what the bank has on file.  That charge never goes through and should be refunded by the bank after a few business days.</p><p>You wouldn't be getting charged simply for looking at the station cash items.</p>
