I'm learning to troub and I've read on the troub forums that many players like to cast Jester's Cap on the brigand before the pull. Jester's Cap cuts reuse timers in half, but doesn't speed up the actual cast time. Since I know nothing of brigands, I thought I'd ask you all why capping you during a pull is useful?

Thanks!

cuts the time if dispatch in half, cuts the time of all the debuffs in half. if its a short encounter it allows the brig to debuff the next mob asap, and if its a long encounter it allows the brig to reapply dispatch asap, plus brigs do awesome dps even if we get nerfed every xpac

Ahh I see, dispatch has a long timer on it. Now it makes sense.
