View Full Version : Broken Tradeskill instance - GM(s) have no influence

<p>I finished the Fyremist Supply stocking tradeskill quest - solo.</p><p>The script broke -(the skellys did not die) and no chest was dropped.</p><p>GM Ormeld responded to my petition that "GM's have no influence over tradeskill instances and we cannot spawn a chest. I am sorry but we cannot make a reimbursement in this case."</p><p>This is a very poor result for spending at least 3 hours tradeskilling in an instance. </p><p>Sony needs implement a process to resolve problems regarding tradeskill instances.</p><p>Of course now I find that I am unable to re-enter the old instance where the chest should be (this is before the persistant instance time expired) or enter a new instance after getting the quest again.</p><p>I am not a happy camper.</p>

<p>I would suggest that you use /bug to report this so it's correctly attended to.</p><p>Also, what you get from one GM is not always the end-all and be-all. Do a /petition (or re-open the old one) and ask that the issue be moved up a level of seniority. You can appeal what they tell you, so long as you are polite and reasonable.</p>

<p>I had the script get broken in the Clockwork factory.   Petitioned it and all I got was a letter saying its a bug and they closed my ticket.  I even waited in zone for about 3 hours after the 3 hours it took to complete. </p>
