Depends on what is most important. Since NSS is slower (and I think the procs are based on how many times it strikes) I would sya what ever is most important should be on the faster swing. For me thats power. I burn through it faster than a crack head does cash on a friday night. Me I'm just waiting until I get an off hand that better matches with our epic before I adorn my off hand weapon, then it will be power on one hand (forget the exact name) and Vampiric pith on the main hand.

i was under the impression that the off hand can't proc any adorns... I'm pretty sure its stated on the adorns description. Perhaps I am wrong though.

The main hand procs the proc from the off hand.

Bremer wrote:

The main hand procs the proc from the off hand.

The main theory (with me is). If I am dual wielding (due to my current gear) I am the a dps, or I am soloing. Either way I am going full burn to kill things so my power cost will be much higher than if I am tanking and assured a power feed (with the right set up). If I am tanking I am blade and board and hopefully have some sort of power feed and so getting extra dps out of my weapon is more important. Sorry for the lack of clarity.

Bremer wrote:

The main hand procs the proc from the off hand.

This is untrue. Proc mechanics are realatively simple. Weapons will proc the effect attached to that weapon, whether the weapon is in main or off hand, doesnt matter. If you adorn a weapon, the weapon receives that effect. Effects that are given as a buff or by a piece of non weapon equipment, proc off the main hand only or ranged weapon in most cases. Effects on a ranged weapon only proc off the ranged weapon.

Sikdom

That's wrong. Off hand procs do trigger, they are just triggered by the main hand weapon, just as the proc says. My yesterday's parse in SoH shows 50 procs from Ekron's Blade in the off hand.
