<p>Are there any plans or potential for the housing gaps in some of the cities to be filled in. (i.e. adding 4 room housing in the spot between 3 and 5 rooms, etc)?</p>
<p>It seems to be so hard to get 200 AA's. Do you plan to improve or solve this problem?</p>
<p>Can the Lore and Legend quest reward WEAPONS be made available on the shadey swashbuckler for those who have completed the quest?</p><p>(Why? Because decorator's use them to make other items in their housing designs and it would be nice to have multiple copies available for the completion of said designs).</p>

<p>There any plans to actually make improvements on PvP? Admit it, the writ system is bogus, one versus one fights lasts less than seconds, the full groups vs. soloing players should have some sort of penalty, the revive zerging is completely stupid, and the fame system should be completely removed or modified to promote more honerable gameplay.</p>

<p>What is the developer's plans to stimulate player number's on low population server's such as Vox and Venekor? Issue's such as grouping and raid progression is lacking due to the lack of player populations and low player greifing. Is there any plans for help on these server's?</p>

<p>Are there any plans (and if so a timeline) for making Shield Ally cleric AA buckler-only, thus allowing some larger shields (ie: roundshields, kiteshields) to exist in some situations for enhanced priest solo-ability for those that choose to use sword (mace) & shield weaponry?</p><p>PS: This was talked slightly about at Fan Faire by Fyreflyte (hope I got the name right) as something dev's discussed, but I havent heard any news on this topic. It may have been dropped as an idea that wont work out, if so, knowledge that the idea is no longer under any type of consideration would be nice.</p>

It is common knowledge that many of the</p><p>AA options just seem to be filler on the way to the actual useful skills.</p><p>As Aeralik posted in beta (not a verbatim quote) some of the EoF AA trees have lines that just aren't</p><p>useful but he wasn't able to look into them in beta due to the obvious time contraints. He hinted that these</p><p>would be looked into soonish (from what I read between the lines).</p>

<p>Would it be possible to have a response sent to us after we file a bug report in-game when the report is received and is being looked at? I realize that every morning the reports are reviewed, but for obvious reasons, they are not worked on that day. Some kind of reply letting us know when they've been handed off ot someone would possibly ease concerns from a number of people.</p>

<p>Is there any plan to deal with caster resists? Current resist rates (on several forums is deeply discussed) are extremely unbalancing and are currently hurting casters and making melee of any kind preferable to a sorcerer/summoner. pieces of gear that may or may not drop ARE NOT the answer. Quest rewards would be acceptable, but having never seen the choker drop for instance, getting a choker is not an answer. (Last one i saw in public auction went for 175plat)</p>

<p>With the new spells through the shadow tree AA lines, and the increased difficulty of instances in TSO, can we get just ONE more concentration slot so we can cast an additional buff??? It would be nice to have this standard across all classes but my Fury would be willing to spend AA points on an end line ability to get another!</p>
<p>Is summoner pet pathing as well as following still being looked into? Currently, my conjy pet trails waaaaaay behind me. he also has a habit of looking at me like , "huh?" when I tell him to go beat down some mobs, even if he is standing right there and there is nothing in his way, not even a bump in the ground.</p>

<p>is there a cap on harvesting skills? Will having the reinforced boots, unicorn, cloak, overclocked tools, new toolbelt/earring sets, etc put us over that cap and no longer affect harvesting?</p>

<p>Would it be possible to relook at allowing people to transfer characters from the PvP servers to PvE servers. Even with a penalty of losing all items and status upon transfer.</p><p>The coding is different between the two server types but surely something could be done to translate the data.</p>

<p>Are the developers looking at things besides threat & DPS for round 2 of "fighter balance"?</p><p>Specifically in my case, it would be nice to have some use in groups when I am not serving the tank role.</p><p>TSO was sorta a double wammy for Guards in that other fighters got buffed and the content seems to be geared to those fighters. (AOE).</p><p>Also as much as our guild tries to not be picky on group make ups...we do not like to exclude guildies that are on and want to group...TSO instances are not so forgiving.</p><p>Just looking to be able to contribute and provide some use when I am not da tank. When i group with our top SK...its just silly not too have him MT...SK are so much better at that role in TSO. I end up being dead weight. And often we do not have enough to make 2 groups so we just end up with the oddball multi fighter groups.</p>

<p>will the priest shadows end-line aa be changed? as it stands, no priest will invest into this aa because solo'ers cant use it, it doesnt save time for groupers, and and the ~6 priests on raids would rather invest in aa's that help buff/debuff/heal/etc. priests have group rezzes, and everyone can have signets. we dont need an aa to rez.</p>

<p>Can Furies spell damage be adjusted back to the level it was in TSO before it was nerfed? One person screams nerf and you cut our spell damage in half. All we have are nukes, heals and no utility whats so ever. We should be good at something...</p>

And why id shelf space not deemed important?</p><p>I love this game and hate to see it die due to apparant neglect by many at SOE. Sure there are expansions and stuff but where is the drive to keep populations up and therefor keep money flowing into your pockets.</p>

<p>Is there any plans to fix the survivability of Brawlers against raid mobs? Spike damage has always been an issue and you said fighter balance was going to fix this issue. As of right now you have move passed part one and part two seems to be about aggro and spike damage is still an issue. Maybe we could get some form of double check against double attack to help lessen the spikes. If one hits you have twice the chance to avoid the double attack.</p>

Again, this is something compounded by the failure of itemization after having retooled Mastercrafted and not the Legendary and Fabled among the associated tiers.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ffff00;">With players actively seeking parties to fulfill their quest for content (which was the case in the past, and not now), there is truly that more approachable, enjoyable game experience, as those seasoned with the ins and outs of the game are more willing to inform their counterparts of typical staples adepts are already affilliated with (see invis/stealth totems, remedies, freedom potions, the importance of tooling one's self in at least Mastercrafted, having a plan of escape, etc).</span></p><p><span style="color: #ffff00;">However, though I understand it is unlikely that level locking would ever return, I truly believe it could make a strong impact and resurgence in population health among the PvP servers. Nagafen is now the old Venekor, and Venekor the old Darathar. For one, I still retain the belief that a player and developer-based tutorial system is intrinsic and integral to successful player development in EQ2 PvP, and I also believe level-locking should be limited to level 20 onward, coupled with the removal of the AA cap.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ffff00;">By enacting undue limitations, you punish your diehard adherents while giving those with alternative pursuits a rainbow path they didn't ask for. Leveling is beyond extreme in ease when it comes to 1-70, and it always had been a breeze to develop outside of the hustle and bustle of the intense level locking scene. Butcherblock Mountains was the empty zone while Commonlands, Fallen Gate, Stormhold, and Antonica were always sprawling.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ffff00;">After the decline, Butcherblock Mountains experienced some resurgence, but for months now, the situation of the game throughout the tiers has been direly inactive compared to the past. <p><strong>Are you considering an alternative to new lvl cap/aa cap the next expansion?</strong></p><p>A suggestion would be to re-lvl a character as their archetype.. I.e the best from both classes.</p><p>Example: a paladin and shadowknight could both start from lvl 1 and lvl up(to 80) as a Crusader. Getting to choose spells/aa's from both classes. (or SoE pre'defines the best from both).</p><p>Would make balance easier for the 12 "new" "uber" classes.. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Will the game devs give Paladins's at least *one* special ability that is our own, that is worthwhile "end-game"? The motto, "Jack of all trades, master of none" is a Paladin's calling card. It would be nice if Paladins have a role that's not being superceded by other classes by design, too.</p>

<p>Why has solo play become a dirty concept at SoE? It seems that for the last holiday (and what I know of Frostfell on test) that even Holiday quests are going to be small group...why shouldnt Soloers have access to ALL holiday content.</p>

<p>This is a follow-up to the EQ2 Players question posted on the first page:</p><p>Why does it take AB even longer than the other servers to be updated on EQ2 Players? I have one character on AB that hasn't been updated since September 13th, and I have three other characters on AB that appear not even to exist, according to AB. I created them in October.</p><p>It's bad enough to have to wait days or weeks to see updates...but months is ridiculous.</p>

<p>I've considered long and hard what to ask...</p><p>I think we are at the stage where everybody recognises that the majority of clothing in the game comes from the same small pool of designs that have then been recoloured (or "repatterned" but with the same texture mapping) in various ways to create semi-unique designs.</p><p>A sizable number of people would like to have more clothing choice, the appearance slot mechanism went a long way towards improving the situation. For example, we no longer have every mage of a particular tier displaying the same 'optimium' clothing. My own mage wears a very nice T7 wisdom cloth set and I rarely come across another mage wearing the exact same design (or even a priest given that they tend to prefer leather/chain/plate as appropriate to their class).</p><p>However I have spotted a number of interesting treasured drops on the broker that catch my eye. The problem is that I often have no idea what item names to search for in order to find other items that would 'match'. Often several items that would match together have wildly different names, often a reflection of the mob that was killed to obtain the item (or the quest name).</p><p>To this end, would the Dev's be willing to look at some method of assisting in the 'picking' of clothing. <p>Are there plans to make it possible to disable experience gained for completed <em>collection</em> quest turnins?</p><p>Currently, disabling quest experience works for all types of quests (as far as I know) <em>except</em> collection quests - it even disables POI discovery experience (which I think is grand) - but I'd really like the option of turning in my completed collections without receiving experience for them.</p><p>Thank you!</p>

<p>Any plans to update and continue the old tier 7 epic Qeynos Claymore and Soulfire questlines?</p><p>I have had a lot of fun working on those, but I only finished the Soulfire the same day Kunark came out, so I never really got much use out of my reward. I haven't finished the Qeynos Claymore yet because I don't feel my level 80 character will get anything useful out of the quest line now since tier 8.</p><p>Those two quest lines I feel were a huge success for lore junkies and time sinkers.</p>

<p>Is it feasible to modify the group window so that a person can change the order of players?</p><p>Example: group is formed and the tank is in the second slot. Tank gets disconnected, comes back and rejoins the group and is now in slot 6. I want to be able to put him back in slot 2 so I can utilize F2 for the tank without having to change the keyboard settings in the options.</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>Along the same lines as sitting - a lie down command. The action is available in the game as it is the same as what the monks trigger for feign death. All would need to be is a slash command - like /lay</p>

<p>With the Skeletal revamp "flopping", are there any plans to merge the selection of actual head models and SOGA head models onto one skeleton so that people can have their chosen characters appearance back? (ie: mohawk and piercings in my case)</p><p>This would also cut back on dev time spent creating armor for models devs said would never detract from the actual models, from my understanding the SOGA team is no longer... and I suspect is part of the reason for the lack of new armor appearences this expansion, you can keep your Mastercrafted KoS models with new shoulderpads tyvm</p>

<p>I have a multi-part question on the same topic.</p><p>Dirge TSO AA's need some help. </p><ul><li>Why did we get more AAs (some got two!) for Howl of Death, Vile Blade, Rhyming Curse, and Siphon Blade when Cry of the Banshee, Scream of Blood, and Dissonant Requiem have never had an AA (the latter two could <em>really</em> use casting speed reduction AAs, Dissonant Requiem isn't even used because of the dps loss incurred while casting it)?</li><li>Why does Disease Mastery not affect all of our disease spells (Lanet's Scream, Cry of the Banshee) and why doesn't it affect our disease CAs? </li><li>Why is Battle Cry not self-castable? This would really help our solo game which bards are in need of improvement.</li></ul>

I'll do my best to keep it short and simple:</p><p>I first noticed this on my fae Bard... the city merchant. The one that sells the crafter pants and shirt, you know the one that sells the hideous butt-less pants and wide-shouldered shirt? You can get them when your guild is at a certain level.</p><p>Anyway, this set of clothes, I believe is bugged... the "female clothes" show up in the dressing room as a pair of tan pants with black stripes. But if you put the "male clothes" on in the dressing room, they show up as a skirt and a blouse like the ones most of the merchants wear... Do you guys know what Im talking about? <p>Is there any work that can be done to make arenas more viable? I understand that this issue has been kind of swept under the rug and it seems like people don't like that question, but I mean, it was added as a feature of the game so I would assume that the devs would want the system to be used by the players. After all, we just recently receive a revamped Everfrost and would hope that something like that would not just be a single instance of going back and reworking old content to make practical again.</p>

<p>I'll probably regret asking this, but is there any plan to put some consistency in who can get writs and their benefits?</p><p>I posted on this <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=436386" target="_blank">previously</a> specifically relating to exiles, but here's some of the inconsistencies:</p><ul><li>Qeynos and Freeport will give adventure writs to anyone, regardless of alignment. Kelethin will give writs to goods and exiles, but not evils. Neriak and Gorowyn will give writs to evils only.</li><li>Tradeskill writs are only ever for your home city, regardless of who you get it - some of us would like to buy the faction rewards from ally cities without having to constantly switch citizenships.</li><li>Exiles get faction with no one for TS writs, even though tradeskills are the ONLY writs offered in Haven itself.</li><li>Exiles also get no status for TS writs, although they do for adventure writs.</li><li>Exiles who raise their faction with a city to the point where they can buy/sell/bank there cannot do business with the adventure faction merchants in that city, except in Kelethin - faction merchants there are happy to deal with an exile who's city faction is appropriate.</li><li>Tradeskill faction merchants will happily sell to anyone with enough city faction to do business in the city, but it doesn't matter because you can't earn faction with any TS society but your home city's.</li></ul><p>I'm not sure whether the adventurer writ-giving inconsistency continues into T8 - currently I'm only in T6 with my permaexile necro. Still, it'd be nice if all the cities dealt with writs and factions the same.</p>

<p>Can we get options of different, easier to see mousecursors? Many of my friends have problems seeing them, especially those that are slightly disabled. An easier to see cursor (think white or flashy) would help enormous in the playability of the game!!! From my research, I know that a great deal of the population of MMORPG's over the age of 30 suffer from sort of Depressive condition...</p><p>Is there any way to digitally enhance Neriak while keeping the obvious gloomy theme? After about an hour in this zone I am ready to go to bed and sleep for a day. I love the quests in this zone and have lots of alts, but geez.. then you added all the rain... It's an advertisement for Prozac.</p><p>I know that bringing life back to older zones is a hot topic these days so thought I would just throw this out there. <p><strong>Would it be possible to make fae/arasai racial ability "Glide" a toggleable buff?</strong> </p><p>I would rather have this be an effect that will not expire on death (i.e. Billy doll illusion, Earring of the Solstice effect, etc.). That way if people want to stay with the current status quo they can just cast it once and never worry about it (unless they use a mirror or achievement counselor to respec).</p><p>My reasoning for this request is due to some events and areas in game where it is detrimental to have the glide ability as a fae/arasai. These would be spots with extreme gravity flux effects. Also, it would be extremely nice if the ability to glide while on any mount were returned (we were once able to do this on some mounts).</p>

<p>Will the heritage quests get a once-over to enable them all to be solo/group by changing epics to heroics, or maybe changing the needed epic mobs to alternate heroic ones in a companion zone?</p><p>Example: As HQs are long timesinks already, having epics involved in the quests limit the ability to finish them for those who primarily solo or small group play, and finding pickup raids is nigh impossible unless the stars align and you endlessly spam chat. Some of them have already been changed, like Emperor Fyst and Captain Ulssissaris. But epic mobs like Magolemus, Rahotep, and Huntmaster Viswin halt play quickly for lack of people wanting to assist on these "old" quests; and ones like Harla Dar and Lord Vyemm require long raids that are very difficult to find on a pickup basis or if you play a class that isn't needed for the pickup balance.</p><p>Extra reasoning: Few of the rewards obtained in the lvl 70-and-below HQs are worthwhile weapons any longer, with the RoK and TSO expansion gear. HQs tend to be for people who enjoy long, involved quests with home decorations and guild status points as really the only rewards.</p><p></p>

<p>Can you make AGI and WIS more usefull stats. AGI effects avoidance no where near as much as it should and WIS barely effects resistance. As they are it's nothing more than AGI for scout's power and WIS for priest's power. Also there should be more of a reason for scouts to pick AGI since it's meant to be their primary stat yet most scout stuff is all STR.</p>

<p>Will the Pally Wrath line end ablity Smite Evil be fixed for PvP now that we have Free Port based Pally's? The way it stands now a FP based Pally cannot hit any other char with this spell other than Exile FP classes. If they are a resident of Qey or Keth they are imune or if they are any of the ""good"" alignment class's they are imune also.</p>
<p>Are the new legging flaps (loincloths) going to stay the way that they are, or will they be set back to the much more attractive original design?</p>
