Shield Block

<p>Ok I'm finding this sort of thing comming up now and again. Is there anything I'm missing or is this totaly usless. <p>I think the shield block is more for a fury and warden that use round shields, but the stats, double attack, and melee crit looks more brawlerish. Confusing to me. I am sure after seeing this there is a bruiser, monk, fury, warden chest piece that gives +40 stam and +25 wis that increases the duration of regen heal by 6 seconds, +4 to spell crits and when equipped increases the success of feign death by 2. =)</p>
