Error: Everquest II LaunchPad: Images Could Not Be Loaded

<p>Hello.  I just bought EQII.  I finished the install, and I got this message trying to run the launchpad.  I put it in compat. mode and clicked run as admin.  Nothing worked.  I looked at the official post and the link to this exact problem is apparently down.  Did anyone have this problem and discover a way to fix it?</p>
