Hi there, I just got Everquest II: Rise of Kunark and I installed it just fine, but then I clicked on the EQ2 launch icon and it started to download a patch or something and every time, it would say the estimated time was around 15 hours, and at the end of that 15 hours it would say "Download cancled" and I would get a message saying "Ip_plugin.exe has stopped working" I called tech support and they told me to right click and click "run as administrator" that seemed to work for a little bit, I stopped getting the "Ip_plugin.exe has stopped working" message, but after five minutes, after it was almost done, the estimated time jumped back up to 15 hours again and at the end of that, it said "Update Complete" but it still wouldn't let me play, I clicked "download" again and it jumped right back into the 15 hour waiting time. Then I tried the "Windows Vista issues and fixes" thread, I right clicked on the EQ2 icon and clicked properties then clicked on the compatibility tab then I checked the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and highlighted "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" Then under the privilage level, I selected "run this program as administrator" when I hit apply and tried to launch EQ2 it did the same "estimated time: 5:00" and at the near end of that five minutes the time jumped up to "Estimated time:15:00:00" Then after a couple minutes (not fifteen hours) it said "Update Complete" But it still won't let me play. I'm afraid to hit "Download" again because I think it will just do the same thing.

I would post my DXDIG and MSINFO here but it's way too big to be included in this post.

Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
