TSO dropped recipes?

<p>who do you have to consult to make these dropped things (like bloodwood plank) into the actual items that are shown on it? the one i found had a shield, a bow and other wooden weapons on it so i gave it to a (80) woodworker but he couldnt do anything with it so i thought maybe you have to turn them in somewhere.... but where? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>The crafter needs to scribe the faction recipes from the merchant in Isle of Mara.</p><p>They'll need to get 40k faction with Far Seas Supply Division first.</p><p>Woodworkers can make a bow and a shield. The shield needs 1 plank, the bow is 3 I believe (not made that yet)</p>

<p>Forgot to add these recipes are 5-charges, so the crafter will need to buy the recipe book again once he's used them up. That will need a Far Seas Trading Token and some coin.</p><p>Also, these are no-trade commission only items, so make sure they don't make them for themselves by mistake <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p><p>The Bloodwood Plank is tradeable though, and I've bought a bunch of broker recently to make these items. Prices were 10pp initially, but have dropped to about 2pp already. Not sure how rare they are, but they could either stay around that price or drop to Chromatic Essence type price levels (10-20g)</p>
