main page at the bottom lists all who is on the forums currently. If you dont see any red nameds there click on the .... area and it will pull a list of all who is on the forums then look for a Red Named individual and click their name.

Well luckily i had 2 accounts going at one point in my life and i was able to get onto the live online chat with my 2nd old account and fix it... he wouldnt tell me [Removed for Content] happend but he changed my account password and such back to normal... i guess thats the problem with doing it online, they can choose what they ignore that i type, like "[Removed for Content] happend" and just get down to business and change it back... whereas if i was on the phone he couldnt ignore my questions so easily... so i still dont know what happened but i guess i will call when SONY decides to reopen their phone support

It seems nothing was taken from me in game, and nothing was purchased on SOE online, so i have no clue [Removed for Content] happened, and as he wouldnt tell me, i still have no clue..

This post is the explanation for why you couldn't get through on phone support.

It is absurd that you must login to Station to be able to submit a tech support inquiry to SoE. There should be a way to get around that. Put CAPTCHA on it, require an EQ2 product key, do something, but completely locking people out because they are not signed in as Station is bass ackwards.
