<p>As title says, is this bug or intended? Should I petition? Only 1 item had dropped for 3 crafters in instance.I went with 2 other crafter friend into The Clockwork Workshop tradeskill instance.Took us while to finish 108 combines, then finally done... the chest only contained "Metalspaher's Chocker" which is legendary items and far from so called nice item.</p><p>No cash, no rare, no recipe but 1 legendary item for 3 crafters who have worked hard for over 40min?Is this as intended?</p>

<p>My group of 3 only got 1 item as well, but my solo instance got me 2 items... A group fights and kills a named for only 1 item... While I'd love to be guaranteed an item per person, I don't see that there's a precedence or need for it.  All crafters get their coins and faction, which is the real point of the instance.  You also have a chance to get bonus items through the innovation/flawless occurrences (I've gotten a mantrap root and mahogany so far).</p>

<p>Yep, working as intended I believe.</p><p>The main reward for doing the quest is the Far Seas Token which everyone should get. The other items that drop are either recipes, or tradeskill buff items.</p><p>There is also the possibility of some rares from countering the reaction arts if you're lucky.</p>

<p>yup, i asked this question and it was confirmed as working as it should.</p><p>I've been fthrough 6 of these instances now, and came out of each with at least 2 rares from countering the special far seas events.</p><p>You always get the token for finishing the quest and if there is another in the chest , its a bonus.</p><p>The least I have seen in a chest is a recipe book and a legendary item.</p><p>the most a book, a token, a rare and an item</p><p>Chest loot is luck of the draw</p>

Wow, I would be very frustrated if only 1 item dropped after 1+ hour work. In 2 runs, I have seen... Shipyard Cove: Piece of Jewelry Tier 1 Void Shard Armor recipe book Clockwork Menace Factory: Piece of Jewelry Tier 1 Void Shard Armor recipe book Far Seas Supply Division token It really should be set to a minimum of 2 items I think.

It's random recipe drop from random chance and have to win by randome LOL.</p><p>I don't like doing crafting for 1hr for and get nothing but 500 faction? where u can get same amount of faction in 10min beside token. Thing can get worse if instance done by 6 people and get 1 item dropped and they can't get another mission for another day. That should be very fun experience for those who got nothing but token.</p>

<p>It's completely random  1-5 as the max items I saw drop in a chest during beta.</p><p>I did think it would be nice if a stack or 2 of the more popular raws would drop as a guarenteed, on top of the normal chest rewards.  Something like getting a random stack of roots and ore from T6 to T8 would be a nice consolation prize for most crafters.  *shrug*</p>

<p>Just as a point of reference, my quest journal is showing the group crafting missions granting 1,500 faction.</p><p>So, if it takes 3 people 40 minutes... and the goal is 30-60 minutes for a full group... this would imply that the token is a bonus versus grinding writs for 30 minutes... *shrug* Of course, I'm one of those dimented people who find tradeskilling fun... especially the group instances...</p><p>Any chance we could get regular tradeskilling to get it's difficulty increased a smidge.... with a slight increase in the event that grants a rare when successfully countered?</p>

You didn't get your "I win" button. Jeez what is it with some people and Instant Gratification?</p><p>I want a lot of stuff that I don't get right away. That's just the way it is.</p><p>The <span style="text-decoration: underline;">MAIN reward</span> is the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Far Sea COIN</strong></span>. The rest is just a bonus. Get it?</p>

<p><cite>MirageKnight wrote:</cite></p><blockquote><p>I did my 3rd instance with my friends today again and once again it only dropped 1 junk legendary item for 4 ppl, no recipe that we were wanting nor rare.</p><p>This must be joking.</p></blockquote><p>If you just must have it all, go solo it.  I have done two heroic tradeskill instances solo now.  Did it take longer?  Sure, it's not something I'd want to do each time.  But once a week or every other week I'd go solo one, especially if I put some of my Shadow tree AA's into the increase progress AA.  Once I get five points into health I may do that, I don't ever have power issues on a raid or in a group so don't really need a bit more power IMO.</p><p>Or..if you just refuse to go solo a heroic one, do the solo instances, and when you're locked from them the Far Seas tradeskill writs for faction.</p>

<p>I've ran about 15 crafting instances.  Here's the chest breakdown from what I have seen:</p><p>Piece of set jewelry(chemist's choker, provisoner's ring, etc) - always drops</p><p>Far seas token - uncommon drop</p><p>Recipe book - uncommon drop</p><p>Rolling pin or spoon(10% success chance items) - rare drop</p><p>These drops have independent loot slots.  Meaning you can get all 4 in a single chest.  I've gotten 15 pieces of jewelry, 6 recipe books, 5 tokens, 1 rolling pin, and 1 spoon.</p>
