Lowest level for far Seas Writs

<p>What is the lowest level you can receive the new Far Seas Supply division writs?</p><p>I assumed it would be 50, but it seems this is not the case.</p><p>A guildmate of mine took his 51 Alchemist there yesterday, and although he could complete the 'Ship Out' quest and receive the solo and group tasks, the writ-giver NPC told him to return when he was more experienced.</p>
