New AA tree... Mount Speed vs. Run Speed increase

<p>Forgive me if i missed this in other post but I'm curious about the speed gain within the top row (General) in the new AA tree in TSO expansion.  The run speed increase grants 1 % with the first point spent.  Self explanatory.  The mount speed increase is stated as 2.0 points with first AA point spent.  My question is how how does a 2.0 mount speed compare to a 1% run speed increase?  In other words, if the mount speed were given a % increase what would it be at 2.0 points?</p>

<p>The mount speed is an extra 2% per rank resulting in +10% to your mount base speed when 5/5 AA's are spent (thus making a 65% run speed dire bear run at 75%). The added run-speed is 1% per rank resulting in +5% to your non-mounted non-combat base speed when 5/5 AA's are spent.</p><p>I personally chose the run-speed since a) I'm a Fae Fury and I LOVE the freedom of floating and gliding as i run, and b) I now run around at 75% run speed when out of combat (and 40% when in-combat). I currently choose not to use a mount (though i may eventually get a void shard dire bear for the cool combat-related bonuses).</p>

I'm up to 85% and i don't have any AP's into run speed. (TS epic + fae + bootstruter (35%)) makes one happy fae!! Also note that the charm and the jboots don't stack, atleast not on PvE.</p>

<p>Yeah but with regards to the new 35% run item, they have stated its not meant to stack with anything so when the</p><p>next patch goes live we won't be able to use them at the same time.</p>
