Far Seas solo quest - recipes?

<p>I'm sure that this is a dumb question.  But I've just picked up the solo mission tradeskill quest off of the desk in Mara.  However it's asking me to make some special items.  Where are my recipes?  Are they near the quest giving desk?  Or do I have to travel into the group instance?  Help!</p>

<p>I got that quest too, but found out that I need more skills, which is impossible. Can you only do it with a group?</p><p>If so, is there no quest you can do solo? I did the quests in the moors solo too and it is a disappointment to find out that now I cannot do the rest solo.</p>
