<p>On Beta you could go to the npc and he gives you the quest " Frozen out of time" for an item for a raidzone. Yesterday on live server, he was not giving the quest. Do you have to get faction with survival accord first and if so how much till he gives you the quest or is it a questline that leads to him offering the quest ?</p>

<p>Yes, you need faction.  You needed faction at the end of the beta period as well.</p>
