Devs, please answer this question

<p>Before I waste a lot of time grinding AA's in TOS I would like to know if Void shards will drop in raid zones. If not, my wife and I will more than likely cancel our accounts rather than be forced to run group zones in order to use patterns we loot in raid zones.  We both enjoy raiding, but don't enjoy and will not do group instances.  Please respond one way or another so I don't waste more time and money maintaing my accounts.</p>

<p>If the prospect of having to do a group zone is that horrible for you, you should probably quit and get it over with. I doubt you'll find any MMO for you these days.</p>

<p>Since a dev will never respond to a thread directed directly at them...</p><p><dev></p><p>Void Shards are available in the many, many group instances in TSO.  We packed the zones full of discovery areas and quests for additional shards so that all players would run them atleast once in the process of earning 200 aa.  It is our fealing doing all the shard quests / zones one time will be enough shards to provide you enough to redeem raid paterns.</p><p>Raid zones at this time do not drop shard loot.  We will monitor the situation and if there appears to be a shard issue for raid patterns and they require excesive instance grinding to redeem, we will consider further action.</p><p></dev></p>

<p>Just keep playing, it's like how VP was when it first got released, gems were rare, then certain types of gems were rare, gems were so rare competing guilds were trading different gems. Now gems rot on chests cuz looters are lazy and ppl collect patterns for fun, the same will be done for these shards, they are just "forcing" ppl to play these zones over and over so they can focus on fixing the broken game.</p>
