Where's my TSO?

<p>I pre-loaded the TSO expansion on line.  I got an e-mail confirming my order, and an e-mail serving as a receipt. </p><p>When TSO went live, I got an e-mail communicating that my bank account was charged.</p><p>But how do I get it?  I have no activation code.  I've logged into my account and am finding nothing that helps.</p><p>I have written a ticket to CS requesting my activation code.  So far I have received nothing.  I'm sure they're backlogged with a number of CS tickets with the expansion, but it sucks to sit around doing nothing while your guildies are enjoying their TSO.</p><p>What do I need to do?</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>You will not need an activation code if you bought the game through the station store.  Our system will automatically add the game features to whichever account you are logged into when making the purchase.  The patcher will then autoupdate with the expansion files.  At this point you should be able to simply log in and play.</p>
