Test player - requesting refund

<p><span >My family bought 4 digital download copies of TSO.  We installed them all, with no issues - kudos on that.  What we cannot do, however, is access Ykesha - the 'boat' leaves SS but when it hits the Moors of Ykesha 'zone' line we receive the message "Moors of Yekesha is unavailable, returning to dock." <p>Customer service cannot help me because, as they so nicely apologize "I'm sorry, I cannot help you - you are on Test server".    The expansion is not available to me, it has never been 'opened' because I have yet to stand on Ykesha soil nor has there been any indication whatsoever that we might get access at some point.   I feel I have a non-working copy - there is nothing wrong at my end, and nothing I can do will change that.  Also seems that there is nothing SoE is doing to change that - and as such, would request a refund.  This likely isn't the correct forum but there doesn't seem to be one for Test players so if you could direct me to someone in the SOE account department or a head office for SOE I'd be much appreciative.</p></span></p>

<p>Yep moors is not working on test but I wouldnt go cancling yet. The devs will get us up and working after all the large "fires" on live are put out. This is normal for test from what ive seen. Eventually you accept that SOE cares nothing about you or this server, or you move on, as most have done.</p>

<p>I seem to remember the exact same thing happening when EoF came out for Test. Not sure about KoS or DoF, as I was not around in those days.</p>

<p>If you are using Vista, you may need to access the exe > properties > select to run as an administrator.          </p>

<p>I am sorry that all players on the Test and Test Copy servers were encountering this issue with getting to Innothule for the past two days.   I can definitely understand your frustration with it!</p><p>Thankfully, this issue has now been resolved (Yay to code!), and as I type this several players have successfully taken the Skystrider into Innothule on Test and Test Copy!  This does not in any way make up for the troubles, but I felt it important to share with you this good news.</p>
