SOE Lied

<p>Sony advertised that you would get a Loot Card and a Dire Bear Mount if you pre-ordered. They did NOT specify that you had to Buy the Box to obtain the Dire Bear Mount.See pop up when logging into Everquest Launcher</p><p>When I Contected SOE reguarding this matter I was told that i should have known from the news groups.I was then told i would have to Re-perchase the 40.00 software at a Store, in order to obtain the Bear.</p><p>FYI. The nearest Gaming store is 45 minutes one way.Not to counting the fact that i would have to buy the same game again.At this point the only recourse is to Cancel my accounts.If you think this is unfair, Please call sony at 858-537-0898 to make sure they know you think its unfair.</p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">I think that you need to reread the description.  It does say that you have to buy the store copy.  In fact, we had many people coming here complaining about the way that worked for the past few weeks.</span></p>

Umm this information was posted all over the place, the fact that you did not read it does not make it SOE's fault. There were forum threads with official answers, and no where did the digital download say you got a bear from it, while the box version did. I do not know where you say Sony advertised for the dire bear for pre-order, the first page I ever saw gave two choices, digital download with the house item painting and cards, or the box version with the dire bear, painting and cards.

<p>its not soe's fault you cant, or didnt read the window. they always said that if ya pre ordered the  RETAIL tso you get the bear.</p><p> the digital download only got  you the house item and  something else, cant remember what exactly it is atm.</p><p>if ya bought the digital download from the station store it said  what you got with the retail box at the top  then at the bottom  under digital download it siad what came with the download.</p>
