Dissector/Claw of Khalen/Nox Noctis

<p>  I know these were a few weapons that had been talked about for a 3 second delay change.  Any info on whether or not hat was actually going through or not?  Missed out on Ekron's Blade the other night, and now don't have any 3 sec for my offhand.</p>

<hr /><p>In beta, I initiated the request to change the delays to match the epic and I got a response that they were being looked at. But they had not been changed when I looked yesterday. The live server might have a more recent build though. I'll find out when I get home.</p>
