Question on TSO pre order

<p>So I tried pre ordering TSO from several sites, and they all ask for either a credit card as payment option (which I don't have), or I get a message that it can't be shipped to where I live. I live in Holland, and there are no retail versions available in stores here.  </p><p>If I use soe's online store for the pre order, it ends up in my account history saying "payment source not available"</p><p>Am I missing something, or am I just unable to pre order this expansion?</p>

<p>Many people are getting this (I read a post earlier about this). It is no problem, you have it, you will be billed at when the x-pack is actually downloaded to your computer, which should happen shortly after 12AM PST on the 18th, (tonight).</p>
