Spell resists

<p>Am I imagining things or have debuff/damage spell resists gone through the roof for defilers of late? (maybe it's my level I went from 60-62 recently). I've got pretty much all ad3's and masters fighting blue -yellow solo mobs but I'm finding more often than not my dog is doing most of the killing while I stand there getting beat on and resisted.</p><p>I don't have any other characters in the same tier to compare to but I don't seem to be having the same issues with any one else other than my wee necro (pre-20).</p><p>Have I just hit the land of resisted spells after being on easy street?</p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">I noticed the increased resist rate at level 70 around the time that unrest came out. If you spec down the cursing line it really helps reduce the resists.</span></p>

<p>I'm not having too much trouble with Kunark mobs (from 64-70 so far), although I am getting quite a few resists.  I took the cursing AAs and land them all at the start of any fight.  I've discovered in Kunark that it is better safe than sorry when it comes to debuffing and warding (pre-Kunark I might not have bothered most of the time).</p><p>Orange mobs resist quite a bit, but whites and yellows aren't too bad.</p><p>EDIT: does debuffing affect the resist rate of subsequent spells?  Debuffing WIS will reduce their resistances - does this affect the resist rate or just how much damage they take?</p>

<p>My defiler has <span ><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">cursing line and 6AP into wis3, rarely ever gets a resists for solo, group and raid (spells has 98%-100% hit rates). Before that gets quite a bit of resists. </span></span></p>
