Hi!

So I am considering betraying the swashy I have been leveling up to a brigand for the better debuffs for utility. And I know many of the previous posts deal with the difference in utility/debuffs between the two classes but:

1. Is there any difference (on average considering good players with equivalent gear) in single target DPS?

2. How do the swashy/brigand fabled/myth epics compare?

3. Does it look like one will get more shafted than the other with TOS, I see there has been some negativity on this forum about the new expansion.

Thanks!

1) Not really, while I noticed swashies seam to do more single target dps, it's so small than even after months of checking parses, I'm still not sure about it.

2) They get 10% bonus to all their CAs, and we get 30% to our rear only CAs...but we get 15% DA from the proc while they gain more aggro transfer...overallwe gain just as much dps from it as they do. Both are just as good.

3) ToS as a LOT more group encounters than RoK does...but let's face it RoK barely had any of them. I'm personaly please with the changes recently made to brigands aa on beta and I think the swashies one are on par with ours...

The difference in raids stays the same...they mostly debuff the mob's offense, we mostly debuff its defence! In ToS they will usualy out parse us, but not in a way that makes them unfairly powerfull compared to us.
