SOE email and live chat still down?

<p>Y cant someone from SOE post when there system is down..</p><p>yes i checked out status..only works for servers..</p><p>Trying to get billing set up straight, and having one hell of a time contacting someone..</p><p>If there was a free 1-800 number for Canadians it would be nice..</p>

<p>CHat support is open 10-7pm PST M-F</p><p>If you are having issues with either email or chat I would check your browser settings and delte your cache and temp files.</p>

<p>Sorry, I think there was some periodic maintenance this morning before we opened.  It seems that it was all corrected by the time we started taking phone calls.  I don't think it was announced because it only effected the support system and we weren't open for support during that time.  I apologize for any inconvenience, though.</p>
