Hi, My main was a 70 sk with raid gear and masters. I had a fun time lvling him up and killing and soloing as a plate class THEN I made a bru. From my point of view you can forget the sk even exists compared to my bru. I know its cool to be wearing plate and all but my bru does so much more damage and takes so much more damage compared to my sk its laughable. I can go anywhere i want and kill about anything i want as a bru. Dont get me wrong, i really liked my sk till i playeda bru. My sk just plain gets his but beat and not doing the damage either as far as i can tell. Im sure there are some SKs out there thatll be able to beat me down and disaggree with me but this is just what i have found from playing so please try not to flame me to had guys. thanx, oh i think bru= kill what you want,go where you want,do what you want. Drop the sk and make a necro

A lot of changes are coming in about a week with the new expansion - but much can be learned in these forums as well as the SK forums on Eq2flames.

If I was just starting out - not sure I'd commit to anything quite yet ... though the best aa lines for SKs include Str/Sta/Int if you need to put points somewhere in the interim ...

INT 4-4-8

Reaving to the end

STR to the end

STA to at least the melee crits

This will help you the most as you level. At end + TSO... we'll see how it works out. I have the hate line for tanking, and am still working through to get the unconscious health increase. And with 60 more AA's in TSO that I haven't even looked at yet... I don't know "endgame" yet, in spite of being 80

Lol thanks for the advice all, I'm in beta too but I haven't buffed an SK to 80 as I just wouldnt know

what I'm doing lol!

Is 1h + tower shield the best option or is 2h a bright idea? Also, should I stick to slashing weapons or should

I level up my crushing too?

I went the strength AA line first, that end ability was crazy good. Also, level all weapon types, you never know when you'll get a sweet crush weapon but have garbage crush skill.

For levelling also? At lower levels the 2-H seems like a better choice to blast through mobs, at what point should I move to sword N board?

Not like its hard to burn through lower level mobs since htey were designed before AAs and gear revamps and whatnot and didnt get much of a revamp. So, go with what you feel looks best, pretty much.
