Character Transfers down?

<p>It isnt that hard submit the petition then follow it up the next day with either a phone call or lave chat support to make sure it gets routed quickly to the manual transfer department at SoE.  Afetr I went to live chat I was transfered teh next day as it was escalated to the proper place for the transfer.</p>

<p>apparently there was a severe bug with the system, probably something massively nastily exploitable with the system, that required it to come down.</p><p>i'd just be glad they can still do them.</p><p>i on the other hand, had to wait a few days.. i put in on friday, and they dont do jack over the weekend :/</p>
