Templar + Paladin is the lowest DPS duo I can think of, so I'd concentrate on anything that ups DPS

Yaup, 100% melee crits, 2 hander, double attack, Smites, blessings etc

Well, I don't know how many AA you have, or level, so its a bit general:

First focus is 5 points in Mark, as you both do divine damage, and that should also be the first spell you cast on every fight.

I'd follow up with448 in KoS agi tree for 100% melee crits. Used with even a master crafted 2 hander this gives dps at low levels.

Depending on whether you have to chain heal, or have the time/power to cast, then 21 points in Holy Smites including Smite Wrath would be the next thing.

If you find fights are longish, then improve your mtigation debuff (reproval), short and I'd put 5 points into the amending fate line.

Aggro will be a complete non-issue, so you don't need to worry about Str line for interrupt prevention (a normal solo line).

You won't have the gear - adornments, food/drink etc to make Shield Ally useful so ignore that too, although 16 points spent (44 to give 32% double attack, and a ghetto mezz isn't too bad.

You could look at heal crits at this point, puting more into AGI. 15.6% with 8 points spent isn't particulary marvelous /shrug

Finishing off Blessings would be the next focus, it also has improvements to heals along the way
