Troll or Barbarian...can't decide!

<p>Hey all I know this kinda stuff comes up all the time , but for the life of me I cannot find one picture of a troll sk in a nice set of plate anywhere on these forums. Can anyone help me out? I really can't decide if I want to play a Troll or a Barbarian. The decision will probably be based off looks and nothing else as the racials really are'nt a big deal.</p><p>What do you all think of the 2?</p><p>Oh and any pics of barb sks wouldnt hurt either!</p><p>Thanks!!</p>

The decision will probably be based off looks and nothing else as the racials really are'nt a big deal.</p><p>What do you all think of the 2?</p><p>Oh and any pics of barb sks wouldnt hurt either!</p><p>Thanks!!</p></blockquote><p>Well, if you are basing your decision on looks alone... the choice is simple.  Trolls just look terrible and ugly.  All their armor, including helms, body armor, and boots look really bad.  If you want a decent looking knightish look, go with barbarian or orgre (even dark elf looks decent, but smaller).  If you want a more... mutated toad/lizard with a potbelly look, go with the Troll lol.</p><p>I don't have any pics, but just ride around freeport for a bit.  The militia there should let you know which you want to choose.</p>

<p>Ogres = Fatman in a little suit.  None of their animations even look correct because of their body size/shape.    And the Barbs are just mini-me's of that style.   Trolls look far better imo. Grant it that armourr IS ugly as sin but... or head tot eh WFP Militia building... there's Barb guards all over... and the SK trainer is a Troll.</p><p>For what it's worth... I'd go Troll... big, tall and ugly, with the right armour and weapon... looks bloody awesome. <p>I'm in the same boat kind of. I've levelled a troll, ogre, and iksar SK to the 20s-30s, and none have survived. I'm just returning to the game again and was going to reroll an SK, I just can't pick my race!</p><p>The size of the Ogres is a plus, not to mention they have a couple hair styles I like with the Knight look. Trolls and Iksar both are just bad looking (in the good way). Troll look a little cooler, Iksar have a slightly cooler attitude IMHO...</p><p>I've looked at character select for a long time, and looked through most of the pics on this forum. I think the problem is that no matter what race you pick you're going to look effing awesome as an SK.</p><p>Right now I'm thinking: Troll, Iksar, Ogre, Human, Barbarian... lol</p>
