Hi everyone. Im not that good a writer but I thought it would be fun to make a story up and put it on here . So here I go I guess. Hope you enjoy the story.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The young fae happily skipped toward the river. "Come on Cody! I want to see the river!" She called to her friend."Im coming Poam. Whats the hurry anyway? Its just a river." Unlike most other other wood elfs, Cody had left Kelethin to learn more about the fae. Little had he known that helping the young fae named Poam catch bugs for her collection was a mistake. Now she followed him everywhere and seemed to think he was her new best friend. "I know but I want to see it. Come on it will be neat!" Poam once again began to run toward the river leaving cody far behind.

Hmm....I wonder whats in here? The young fae thought to herself as she began to inspect a small cave not far from the river. This will be much more fun to explore then the river! she thought to herself. "Come on Cody I found something!" and with that she entered the cave. She slowly inspected the walls of the cave. Hmm...lets see these are....made of rock and are part of the cave. Boring.

Poam looked over at the entrance to the cave at the sound of foot steps. Cody was running in the cave and seemed to not like to run that fast. Poam was fast but she dident think she was that fast...was she? She did not know and really did not care. "Hi Cody! What took you so long? Hey Race you to the end of the cave!" Poam ran as fast as she could to the end but as long as she ran the cave did not seem to end. Wow I did not think the cave was this big. That means more stuff to explore!

The young fae had to stop suddenly from running off a cliff that was inchs away from her. That was close! I almost ran off a cliff! How bad would that be? She thought to herself. She suddenly heard rapidly coming footsteps. Cody! he doesnt know about the cliff, he will fall down it! She opened her mouth to warn him but it was to late. Cody ran right into her pushing them both down the cliff. And they fell into endless darkness.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope you enjoyed it! And dont worry the arasai part is later in the story. I will write some more when I get a chance.

Poam woke up with a jolt at the bottem of the cliff. Where-where am I? Wheres my home and Wheres...Wheres breakfeast!? Then it all came back to her. Oh no. Cody! She got up as quickly as she could only to slip on the rocks and fall back down again. "Ouch!" frowning, she tryed again this time much more carfully.

After she got up she began to search for her lost friend. She was heading toward what she thought was the cliff so she could use it as a guide an till her eyes got used to the darkness but she tripped on something. "Ow!" she got up again and turned to see what she had tripped on but she was surprised to see the form of her friend laying oddly still with his arm bent at an odd angle. "Cody!" She ran over to her friend. At first she thought he was dead but she then relized he was still breathing. No! Cody!

Poam felt tears well up in her eyes but wouldent let herself cry. "Cody! Please dont die! Please!" She began to check for injurys fearing the worst. The arm that was bent was broken of course. He also seemed to be bleeding badly from a very deep cut that he must have got when he fell. He had alot of other cuts all bleeding but that one seemed the worst. She searched desperately for anything that could help that was near by but couldent find anything. I might be able to find something father away but I cant leave him. I might not even be able to find him again if I leave!

Poam couldent hold the tears in her eyes anymore and began to cry. "Cody! Please dont die! Please! Dont die! Your my only friend!" It was true. No one seemed to like Poam because she hyper even for a fae. All she ever wanted to do was have fun, but no one ever wanted to play with her. Cody was the first one who even helped her with anything. Its all my fault! It was my idea to have a race to the end of the cave. I dident even wait for Cody to say yes or no! Im a terrible friend! She began to cry even harder. "Dont die Cody! Its all my fault! Im so sorry Cody! Im sorry!"

Then Cody opened his eyes a bit. "Cody!" I cant believe it! Maybe he will be ok! "Poam?" and with he took his last breath and died. "No!!!" Poam cryed even harder then before. Then she stopped at the sound of foot steps and looked up with her tears still running down her face. "Who-whos there? Hello?" And a strange elf steped out of the darkness. Unlike other elfs she had dark blue skin and her hair was silver. The light from a torch she was holding glinted off blood red eyes.....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Enjoy the second part of the story!

"Wha-what do you want?" Poam asked the strange elf. Theres something about her, something familier but i have never seen anything like her. poam thought to herself. "Come with me and I can help you." The elf said and walked into the darkness before the fae could answer. Can I trust her? And even if I could I can not leave Cody. Then she heard the elf calling her from the darkness. "Are you coming or not?" She knew she would have to decide fast. No. I can not leave Cody. She heard the voice calling again. "Well? Are you coming?" Thats when she remembered something. The memory was not her own though. My spirt bud is trying to tell me something.

All of a sudden she was sitting on a leaf in faydark. Am I having one of my spirt buds memorys? "The Teir'dal? Whats that?" she heard herself ask. There was a older fae standing not far away. "The Teir'dal look like normal elfs but have dark skin and red eyes, there hair is useally silver and they love to cause pain and suffering. I even heard that they have been stealing spirt buds!" The older fae said. "Come on grandpa, stealing spirt buds? Nothing is that evil." She heard herself say. Then the older fae began to speak again. "The teir'dal are that evil. Stay away from them if you see any." Then she heard her mother calling her name. "I got to go grandpa. Bye" And she walked back toward her mother shaking her head. Stealing spirt buds? Thats to evil for anything.

Then she was in the cave again. Poams head was spinning. Once she had finally recovered she heard the strange elfs, no the teir'dals, voice calling her again but this time it sounded angryer. "Come over here now! If you dont come here I will kill you and torture your spirt bud till it explodes!" Poam knew she couldent trust her. But what could she do? she was just a small fae.

Then the teir'dal ran out of the shadows and grabbed her arm. Poam gave a startled shriek. "You listen to me fae, nobody said if they needed a fae dead or alive and I am fine with taking a dead body so if you do not wish to die then come with me!"

Then she remembered something else from her spirt bud. Fae spirt buds and fae them selfs being tortured and changed by teir'dal. Made into things of hate and anger. Evil things that would kill you on sight. She would rather die then let that happen to her. "No! I wont go with you. I know what you will do." Poam screamed at the teir'dal as she pulled her arm free of her grip. "You stupid fly! You just spelled your fate." The teir'dal screamed at the fae as her eyes filled with fury. Poam ran away as fast as she could. Got to get away! Got to get away! She could hear the teir'dal casting a spell not far from behind her. Faster! I got to go faster! But she wasent fast enough. As she heard the teir'dal finish her spell the world went black.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Is anyone reading this?

Poam woke up with a jolt. At first she thought she was in the same cave as she had been in her dream but as her memory returned to her she remembered where she was. It was the fifth time in a row that she had had that strange dream. Each time it seemed more and more real as if it had really happened. She shoke her head and began to get dressed. After she was dressed she went to the kitchen and began to cook,no try to cook some muffens. When she had finished she took a bite of one of them only to have her teeth almost be cracked. She had been so distracted by her dream that she had not relized the muffens where burnt very badly. So badly infact that they where black. Ok I know im bad at cooking but this? This is just crazy! She thought to herself as she banged one of the muffens against the counter only to have a chip of the counter break off.

Shaking her head she decided she would skip breakfeast today as she pulled the hood of her robe up. As she began to head toward the door a undead bat who she had named Death flew from the ceiling and began to follow the young arasai as she left her house locking the door behind her. As she looked around to make sure nothing was going on the cave Neriak was in, or was she dident really know, began to remind her of her dream. As she remembered how she had felt when the elf named Cody died in her dream she relized she was crying. She quickly wiped away the tears and pulled the hood of her robe father up as she headed toward the exit. If they want less undead they should go kill them themselves and leave me be. Oh well at least im geting payed. She thought to herself as she remembered the events that had happened yesterday. She was going to go fishing due to her being low on supplies for cooking when a strange darkelf who said his name was...well she dident really remember but she knew she would remember his face. Unlike most dark elfs he had black hair and his face was covered in scars. He had asked her to get rid of some of the undead in darklight wood and that he would pay her well. She dident really trust him but she agreed anyway. She could use the extra money.

But as she went toward where the undead useally where a thought came to her. What if those dreams had been real?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who would have guessed it was all a dream . Hope you enjoy this part of the story. I havent had much time to write but I will write more as soon as I can.

Poam frowned as she finished off the last undead she had needed to kill. She looked over to the remains of her undead bat. Hes undead is he even supposed to die? She thought to herself as she summened a new one. She decided to look for the dark elf who had told her to kill the undead near the road where she had first saw him.

One hour. I have searched for him for one hour and still havent found him. She thought to herself not for the first time as she searched for the dark elf. Thats it im going home. But as she turned around she almost bumped into the one she had been looking for. Poam angryly looked up at the elf. "I killed the undead. Can you pay me now or do you want me to do something else and have me search for you for an hour? You could of told me where to meet you." Poam said angryly. "No you do not have to do anything else. Here is your payment." He said as he handed her a book. Poam studyed the cover. It was blank. She angryly looked up. "Hey what type of trick is this? You where supposed to give me money." but as she looked up the elf was gone. How did he do that? She thought to herself confused. People dont just vanish in thin air. Poam was more confused then she had ever been in her life. Shaking her head she began to head back to Neriak.

As poam finally got to her house and went inside followed by her newly summened undead bat she studyed the book the elf had given her more carfully. She hadent studyed very hard before due to her anger but as long as she had the book she might as well read it. It was old, very old, probably 300 years old or more. But right before she opened it she heard her bat sound an alarm and she looked up quickly to find an intruder.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope you like this part of the story .
