operation timed out

<p>Greetings, when I try to log in my wifes account on my computer, I am getting an "operation timed out" message.</p><p>I log her character(s) on usually at least 1 time per day, to check her broker.  I just tried to log her on, about 6 times now, and I am getting an operation timed out message. </p><p>Yet on her computer it is not happening.</p><p>Is anyone else having this issue?</p><p>edit: it seems to have rectified itself,...the probelm was occurign between 2:20 pacific and 2:30.  At 2:40, it seems to be ok.</p>

<p>The problem as you describe it sounds like a login server going down.  Different account logins are stored on different servers so its not unusual for it to effect only one of your 2 accounts.  Let us know if it happens again, though, so that we can look into other possibilities.</p>
