<p>I've done quite a bit of research, Googled, Wikaed, pored through forum after forum. I cannot seem to find exactly what each access level of the Guild Hall allows. The little bit I've found suggests that visitors can't move items around anymore, but I'd really like to see some sort of clear cut list of what each level of access allows if possible.</p><p>Thanks in advance for the help.</p>
